Single booth registrations do not include single conference registration and AAFP membership. Booth information below.
If you would like to help sponsor food, drinks or poster prizes, please do so by selecting increments of Miscellaneous Contributions below. If you want your contribution to be used for one of these specifically, please contact us at this link to send that information.
Booth Information
The basic booth is $250.00 plus the cost of the conference and AAFP membership ($450 total). For companies wishing to become a AAFP Corporate Sponsor booth and conference passes are included based on level.
Exhibitor fee includes 6 ft table, 2 chairs, table cloth, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
Booths will be assigned in the order in which the applications and payments are received. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Premium location booths are reserved for Sponsors. Silver booth locations not reserved by Sponsors are available for an additional fee of $650.00.
The 16th Annual AAFP Conference will be held on Tues-Thurs September 24-26, 2024 at the Fayetteville Town Center.
