2016 AAFP Conference Registration

September 13-15, 2016, Chancellor Hotel, Fayetteville, AR

Thank you for your interest in attending the 2016 Arkansas Association for Food Protection Annual Education Conference. We want to make the process as easy as possible. During the registration process we will gather additional information which will provide AAFP, and the meeting site, information regarding the specifications for the vendors and sponsors.

Opportunities for hosting a Lunch and Learn will be made available through the hotel on September 13th and 14th. We will also have other sponsorship roles, as well.

*Exhibitor fee includes 6 ft table, 2 chairs, table cloth, electricity, WiFi and registration fee for one attendee

**Booths will be assigned in the order in which the applications and payments are received. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Premium locations booths are reserved for Sponsors. Premium booth locations not reserved by Sponsors are available for an additional fee of $100.00.
