Our annual education conference is made possible by amazing volunteers and sponsors! If you would like to partner with us, please consider a miscellaneous contribution or sponsorship of a specific event or service. Sponsors of events or services will be recognized during the meeting.

Booth Information

The basic booth is $250.00 plus the cost of the conference and AAFP membership ($450 total). For companies wishing to become a AAFP Corporate Sponsor booth and conference passes are included based on level.

Exhibitor fee includes 6 ft table, 2 chairs, table cloth, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

Booths will be assigned in the order in which the applications and payments are received. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Premium location booths are reserved for Sponsors. Silver booth locations not reserved by Sponsors are available for an additional fee of $650.00.

The 16th Annual AAFP Conference will be held on Tues-Thurs September 24-26, 2024 at the Fayetteville Town Center.
