2026 Corporate Sponsorship Information

BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH AAFP SPONSORSHIP LEVELS


Platinum Sponsorship ($2000) 

  • 2 Annual Education Conference Registrations or 1 Annual Education Conference Registration plus a Sponsor Booth

  • Recognition as platinum sponsor on AAFP website

  • Recognition as platinum sponsor on signage during the meeting

  • Opportunity to present to the meeting attendees for 30 minutes. This will be limited to three sponsor presentations. An abstract of the presentation will be requested and the three presentations most relevant to this year’s content will be selected. The deadline for abstract submission is July 31st.

  • The Platinum sponsor may choose to host a company event during the conference days on location, such as a lunch or workshop, which would take the place of the 30-min speaking session. These are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.


Gold Sponsorship ($1500) 

  • 1 Annual Education Conference Registration plus a Sponsor Booth

  • Recognition as gold sponsor on AAFP website

  • Recognition as gold sponsor on signage during the meeting

  • Opportunity to present to the meeting attendees for 15 minutes. This will be limited to three sponsor presentations.   • 1 Annual Education Conference Registration (additional sponsor booth not included)

  • Recognition as silver sponsor on AAFP website

  • Recognition as silver sponsor on signage during the meeting


Bronze Sponsorship ($500) 

  • Recognition as bronze sponsor on AAFP website (additional sponsor booth not included)

  • Recognition as bronze sponsor on signage during the meeting

Our annual education conference is made possible by amazing volunteers and sponsors! If you would like to partner with us, please consider a miscellaneous contribution or sponsorship of a specific event or service. Sponsors of events or services will be recognized during the meeting.

 

Booth Information

Due to space constraints, booth registrations will be limited to 20. Please register early! The basic booth is $250.00 plus the cost of the conference registration (approximately $450 total). The booth can be purchased on the conference registration page. For companies wishing to become an AAFP Corporate Sponsor, booth inclusion and conference passes are based on level (gold and platinum).

Exhibitor fee includes 6 ft table, 2 chairs, table cloth, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

Booths will be assigned in the order in which the applications and payments are received. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Premium location booths are reserved for Sponsors.
