BENEFITS ASSOCIATED WITH AAFP SPONSORSHIP LEVELS
Platinum Sponsorship ($2000)
2 Annual Education Conference Registrations or 1 Annual Education Conference Registrations plus a Sponsor Booth
Recognition as platinum sponsor on AAFP website with link to company's home page
Recognition as platinum sponsor on signage during meeting
Opportunity for speaking to group 30 minutes or boardroom time 45 minutes (Request for a speaking slot at the annual meeting can be made after sponsorship payment is received and must be requested before August 1st)
The Platinum sponsor may choose to host a company event during the conference days on location, such as a lunch or workshop, which would take the place of the 30-min speaking session. These are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Gold Sponsorship ($1500)
1 Annual Education Conference Registrations plus a Sponsor Booth
Recognition as gold sponsor on AAFP website with link to company's home page
Recognition as gold sponsor on signage during meeting
Opportunity for speaking to group 15 minutes or boardroom time 30 minutes (Request for a speaking slot at the annual meeting can be made after sponsorship payment is received and must be requested before August 1st)
The Gold sponsor may choose to host a company event during the conference days on location, such as a lunch or workshop, which would take the place of the 15-min speaking session. These are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Silver Sponsorship ($1000)
1 Annual Education Conference Registrations (additional sponsor booth not included)

Recognition as silver sponsor on signage during meeting
Bronze Sponsorship ($500)
Recognition as bronze sponsor on AAFP website with link to company's home page (additional sponsor booth not included)

Single booth registrations do not include single conference registration and AAFP membership. Booth information below.

Our annual education conference is made possible by amazing volunteers and sponsors! If you would like to partner with us, please consider a miscellaneous contribution or sponsorship of a specific event or service. Sponsors of events or services will be recognized during the meeting.
Booth Information
The basic booth is $250.00 plus the cost of the conference registration and AAFP membership ($450 total). The booth can be purchased on the registration page. For companies wishing to become an AAFP Corporate Sponsor, booth and conference passes are included based on level (gold and platinum).
Exhibitor fee includes 6 ft table, 2 chairs, table cloth, electricity, and Wi-Fi.
Booths will be assigned in the order in which the applications and payments are received. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Premium location booths are reserved for Sponsors.
The 17th Annual AAFP Conference will be held on Tues-Thurs September 9-11, 2024 at the Fayetteville Town Center.
