2026 Conference Registration
Join us this fall for the 18th Annual AAFP Conference, taking place September 1–3, 2026, at the Fayetteville Public Library in beautiful downtown Fayetteville, Arkansas.
This year’s program opens with “Where We Are Today in Food Safety”, bringing you the most current insights on foodborne illness outbreaks, recalls, and their impact on both consumers and producers. “Food Safety Tools” follows providing practical, real-world case studies addressing allergens, foreign materials, and pathogens, while highlighting strategies to strengthen food safety systems through risk assessment, food safety culture, emerging AI tools, and effective sanitation program design.
Day two features a strong regulatory and public health focus, including FSIS and FDA regulatory updates, advances in Salmonella serotyping and data collection, and insights from the Arkansas Department of Health Rapid Response Team and foodborne illness outbreak response. The meeting will close with emerging topics such as One Health, New World Screwworm, Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza, and Alpha-Gal syndrome.
Whether you're an industry professional, regulator, academic, or partner in food safety, this conference delivers the knowledge and connections you need to stay ahead. We look forward to seeing you in Fayetteville!
