2017 AAFP Conference

The annual AAFP conference will be September 19-21, 2017 at the Holiday Inn Conference Center in Springdale, AR.

We are excited to announce the dates for the 9th Annual Arkansas Association of Food Protection (AAFP) conference to be held on Sept 19-21 at the Holiday Inn in Springdale, AR.    Our goal is to create a conference that is worthy of the Food Safety sector in Arkansas.   Our state’s food processing and food safety reaches far beyond Arkansas and the region with products and decisions by global entities headquartered in our state.  With this conference and other workshops, we make an effort to keep our food safety professionals informed of their impact at home and beyond Arkansas.  Last year was our best conference with almost 300 members present to attend our best roster of Speakers to date, the rare FBI Food Defense Workshop and earn Continuing Education CEUs and Certifications for the conference as well as the FBI certification.  View 2017 Conference Schedule
