Booth Information

The basic booth is $250.00 plus the cost of the conference and AAFP membership ($450 total). For companies wishing to become a AAFP Corporate Sponsor booth and conference passes are included based on level. Additional details on Sponsorship Packages can be found below.

Exhibitor fee includes 6 ft table, 2 chairs, table cloth, electricity, and Wi-Fi.

Booths will be assigned in the order in which the applications and payments are received. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. Premium location booths are reserved for Sponsors. Silver booth locations not reserved by Sponsors are available for an additional fee of $650.00.
