This year is our 10 year anniversary so we want to celebrate as well as educate. We are excited to announce the dates for the 10th Annual Arkansas Association of Food Protection (AAFP) conference for September 17-20 at the Fayetteville Town Center on the beautiful square in downtown Fayetteville, AR.

We are returning to the Fayetteville Square which was very popular for the restaurants and entertainment options. There are multiple Hotels in Fayetteville located in close proximity to the Fayetteville Town Center, so we will work on group rates at applicable hotels.

The Fayetteville Town Center is newer than the Chancellor Hotel or Holiday Inn conference venues, and it offers a more flexible floor plan with more space. The Fayetteville Town Center has multiple outdoor areas to support our evening entertainment plans to celebrate our 10thAnniversary.

In the coming weeks and months we will be releasing the Agenda, Key Note Speakers and Speakers. Our goal is to create a conference that is worthy of the Food Safety sector in Arkansas yet has speakers that are at many National Conferences. Our state’s food processing and food safety reaches far beyond Arkansas and the region with products and decisions by global entities headquartered in our state. With this conference and other workshops, we make an effort to keep our food safety professionals informed of their impact at home and beyond Arkansas.
