Please join us for the 14th Arkansas Association for Food Protection Annual Educational Conference.

Our agenda will feature topics related to pet food, low water activity food, food defense, the use of CRISPR in food safety, auditing, employee and consumer education, production challenges, as well as regulatory updates.

Speakers will include Jenny Scott (FDA), Rachel Edelstein (USDA FSIS), Denise Eblen (USDA FSIS), Phil Bronstein (FSIS/USDA), Joel Eubanks (FBI), Nikki Shariat (Univ of GA), Katie McCollough (NAMI), Steve Mandernach (AFDO), Lori Ernst (FSNS) and additional speakers from across the industry, academia, and other areas focused on food safety and consumer education.

Special events during the conference will include a student poster competition with cash prizes and a networking reception Tuesday night with food, beverages, and music.
